Bit of a Random Haul
Over the
past few months I have been saving my money as I wanted to go on a little bit
of a spending spree. I saved up about £200, including my GCSE reward money, and
I went and bought some things that I have wanted for ages.
Vans hoodie
The hoodie
that I picked up just adds to the marvel collection I have. It features hulks
hands and I just love it. The lining is so soft and incredibly warm. Since I
got it from Cheshire Oaks it was cheaper than it would have been, I got it for
£33 instead of the retail price which was £55.
Superdry hat
I have been
after another woolly hat for ages and the opportunity came when I found this in
the Superdry shop in Cheshire Oaks. I was also able to save some money on this.
Instead of it being £20 I was able to get it for only £11.99.
Doc Martens
Today, I
was in town with one of my best mates and I was able to buy a new pair of Doc
Martens. These types of shoes are so comfortable and fit my feet perfectly.
Also, the fur on the inside is so warm and cosy they just hug your feet. I
absolutely love them. However, the shoes were on the more expensive side of
shoes as they cost me £110. But, the money that I used to pay for them I got
from the reward I got for doing well in my GCSE’s.
Books
So I have
been trying to cut back on the amount of books that I am buying because I think
it’s getting a bit out of hand but when I saw the rest of the Gone series in
Waterstones I couldn’t help myself. So I got the last three books and I believe
that the three of them cost me £20. Each individual book was £8 but there was a
buy one get one half price so I was still saving some money.
I also
picked up another book which I am yet to read. It is the first of four books,
it cost me £8 and I am so excited to start reading it.
That's all for this post, I hope you enjoyed.
